How does the Kerää ja skannaa service work?
At the store entrance you can find Kerää ja skannaa wall in which you can collect ypur scanner by using your S-Etukortti (card, mobile or bonus card) to identify to the service. When you’re using the service first time you have to accept terms of use. Please keep your S-Etukortti in place long enough for the scanner wall to light up and release a scanner. You can use only one scanner at a time. Start your shopping by scanning the products from the product not from the shelf. Scan the product accurately. Back your shopping during the visit. The scanner shows primary product price. Possible sale prices will be updated at the till before you pay. If you have products with sale stickers please ask staff for help at the till. At the end of shopping return the scanner at the wall near Self-Checkout area. Scan the barcode at the wall and answer the scanners question wether you were able to scan all products or not. If you weren’t able to scan all products, answer no and you’ll receive hepl at the till. Move to pay at the till. You can pay with any approved payment method in the store. Please notice that cash payment is not allowed in the Self-Service area.
